This was my first time buying a car and these guys did an impeccable job. As a first time buyer, my options were limited because banks do not want to lend $20,000+ to a 20 year old with 5 months of credit. But these guys made it happen. Conner worked extremely hard to make sure that the car was ready for me to test drive and take home as soon as possible, and Adam the finance guy, made the deal work with the bank. The service department is the absolute freaking worst. I bought the maintenance contract when I purchased my vehicle as the sales people were nice but dealing with the actual service department is the worst. The two times I’ve taken my car in for an oils changes and maintenance covered by the dealership, I’ve dealt with Matt and this time I just had it, as my husband had to listen to him complain that he should be off today and not working, how that is my problem and why I need to know that is beyond me. Any questions asked was always met with hostility and basically rushed out and made like it’s an inconvenience. The other guys are always super helpful but unfortunately due to this one individual I’m looking to cancel my contract and spread the word of bad service. Why be there if you’re unhappy with your job Matt? And maybe if you’re unhappy with your job you shouldn’t tell the customers because I frankly don’t care and as a business owner myself, this just looks tacky on the business.

Toyota is typically awesome BUT they haven’t been so great lately. I had an oil change scheduled and when I checked in I was told my car had a recall. I had two hungry kids with me and was told it would be 2 hours. When I asked to reschedule, the gentleman at the counter was so rude and inconsiderate! When I went back a few days later, the gentleman at the counter (another guy) said “oh your the one that rescheduled on Saturday because you had kids with you and you didn’t want to wait.” I have a little bit on my lease and thinking about going elsewhere so I can be treated like a human!! **Got a call the GM and my issue was handled appropriately

Everyone was really nice and patient. The individual I dealt with, Conner, was so fun to talk to and he was extremely polite. The finance officer, Adam, was also great. They both did their best to treat me and my dad with respect and they generously put up with our humor. I got a great price and Adam really helped me out with my warranty. I brought my car in at 11:00 and it wasn’t done until well after 4. I had asked for a car wash and vacuum once my car was done. In all the time my car was there, that didn’t happen. Don't take your vehicle to AutoNation. The collision center had my car for 6 weeks just to get a quote for my insurance company, and then decided to repair my car without my consent. Don Gosney the "manager" of the collision center is unprofessional, and really makes AutoNation look bad. I've been a customer for years, but will not be going there in the future.

I dropped my car off for service - mind you I’ve only had it for two weeks or so, brand new Venza. The car locked with the key inside once and the rear liftgate didn’t operate when swiping foot underneath, and one of the keys says it’s not being recognized so car wouldn’t start. Half hour drive to get the car to service on Thursday when they told me they need the second key. Mailed the second key on Friday left the car until Tuesday came back Tuesday and they said oh, we just got the key 15 minutes ago and apparently it was left upstairs when it arrived on Saturday. Half an hour back home again not even going to bother to make another appointment! No loaner car offered or available, very inconvenient and disappointing experience for a brand-new car purchase. Didn’t even bother cleaning it or filling the gas tank which is nothing because it’s in hybrid.

I Would like to give a big fat (0) ZERO stars here! BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ There are so many thing's I can mention that was a disappointment with this company! To name just a few we received our vehicle not detailed and not serviced! To spend almost $60,000 on a vehicle that isn't cleaned to satisfactory condition or serviced is uncalled for! Then we later check the documents and manual out in the glove compartment to find leaves and dirt and not just that! We found the original sales price sticker for the vehicle that was previously sold from Parker Toyota in Post Falls ID and the original sales price was $53,363.00 and our used purchase threw Auto Nation was $59,877.00 It was a used vehicle! Tell me how a used vehicle gets sold for more than Brand New Dealership Price! The vehicle was not in mint condition it has scratches and scuffs both on the exterior and on interior, it had almost 11,000 miles on it and over a year old. This is why I have always taken my business over the boarder to Parker Toyota! They DON'T SCREW YOU! They're transparent in their dealings! Parker gives you the BEST price for your trade in and gets you the BEST price for your new or used vehicle. We won't be buying from Auto Nation again! We knew we should have just been patient and ordered threw Parker! Hard lesson learned for sure!

My service visit was handled very well. Scheduling it was easy and when I arrived, I was greeted in a very welcoming way. Everything that was going to be done was explained to me. I asked about a small parts repair and they got me an estimate on parts and labor right away. That was nice to know so I could plan for it in the future. There were plenty of options for waiting at the dealership. I needed to do some work on my computer so I found an open table with an outlet nearby and made the wait time very productive. When my car was finished, every item was explained to me including anything they found that would probably need attention in the next few months. My car was waiting for me in the pull-through garage so I didn't have to go out in the weather to search for it in the lot. Every visit for service here has been a good experience.

I would like to personally thank Matthew Dutton (ecommerce sales manager) for helping sell my vehicle using the Kelly blue book cash offer incentive network. He was efficient with detail and aligned with my concerns regarding this. I spoke with him about the negative feedback regarding KBB's cash offers to other dealerships in town with offering way lower than the price KBB offered. I did not want to waste my time if this transaction was going to be like this. Matthew Dutton assured me that Autonation is efficient with this process and would make the offer equivalent to Kelly Blue book. The Internet Sales miss represented the vehicle I was interested in. I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership to find significant body damage. During my communication I stressed the importance of the vehicles condition. I asked multiple questions about the condition and every time she responded that the car was very nice and there were no issues. I had an appointment to get an oil change and some how the appointment I re-scheduled did not show up in their system. I showed them my confirmation email proving I had an appointment at that day and time. The manager approached me and mentioned this was an issue they were trying to take care of. They were able to get me in and out within 1.5 hours instead of the 2-3 I was originally quoted since they were so backed up. I appreciate the manager acknowledging the issue and trying to make sure it doesn’t continue to happen.

I was sold my car not buying. Salesman was rude from the beginning. I was told that Toyota of Spokane Valley would offer more and it wasn?t even considered in the beginning nor was it explained. I was an interpreter between my bank and the dealership on something I didn?t fully understand until the last 30 minutes of an 3 + hour ordeal. Something my bank has worked with many dealerships was not even considered and I was left to figure out a situation with my bank.

Salesman was very rude from the start. Was told that I would be offered more than the written appraisal I had. Wasn’t even considered a better offer nor was it explained until the last 30 minutes of a 3 hour unpleasant experience. I was told to have my bank to send over paperwork of the process that I at first didn’t understand because the salesman didn’t want to speak with my bank and had me as the middle man to what I can easily describe as an interpreter of a situation I didn’t fully understand. A simple solution that banks have done in the past was not even considered by the salesman. If Toyota of Spokane Valley would have had there loan or finance department talk with the finance/loan department of my bank from the beginning this 3 hour + experience would have been settled in an hour at most.

Toyota gave me an early appointment to get me in for service plus fixed a leaky water pump. Service was great in one day. Sergey and Mike made the whole process of selling my car and purchasing another very easy. They were honest and above board throughout the whole process. They were nothing like another dealership where they offer a certain amount for your vehicle online, and then drop that price down when you step into the dealership to collect. When l was there looking at cars they were very nice and helpful but after the car was purchased on our return they didn't give me the time of day. They wanted to buy my vehicle back at a lesser price before I even made the first payment, plus kept me waiting for 1.5 hrs before they got around to me even after an appointment was made. Today I'm going in to seal the deal and finish my paperwork and working with this place has been awesome. At first I thought it was absolutely annoying that they emailed and called me a million times but now I see why, they really lived up to everything they have told me. I worked with Meg Trevino and let me tell you, she was awesome from start to finish. She literally worked with me in every aspect and made sure that my husband and I were comfortable. Yesterday in the dealership I found out my sister was ready to go to hospice, and Meg was right there to offer her kind words. I honestly had no problem with waiting while all the paperwork got done because the atmosphere is just really relaxed and everyone is helpful. I have never dealt with a dealership like this one before. I've been to good ones, but this one has to be my favorite by far with customer service, honesty and integrity. For the first time I actually viewed a car that was exactly as it was described in the ad (was better in person) and the service and help seemed genuine and sincere. I look forward to referring future business to them as well as keeping my business here for good.

First. My sales person was great, I was very happy with him. My issue came with the policies with this dealership. For me to put my name on truck they made me do a credit check and a deposit. No issue with giving a deposit but didn’t like they pulled my credit just to put my name on a rig. They took my credit card and made a photo copy of it, Guarantee that breaks PCI laws. Never actually took a deposit just a copy of my credit card on printer paper. About a week before my truck was delivered I went to a credit union to get financing, 1.79 rates can’t beat that. Autonation refused to let me use outside financing and were willing to let me walk over that. I really wanted the truck so I said fine but wasn’t happy. Basically 3 credit checks later I got the truck. I’ve bought 20 new cars in my life never had a dealer do this to me. I know car industry is crazy now but this was way to far. I won’t be buy again from autonation.

Toyota Venza 2022 very good product, luxury looking comfortable inside with a fair price. We had to wait about a few weeks for the card to be delivered from West Coast. We had opportunity to pay cash so with that we didn’t need full coverage insurance. The car was provided with a full tank which was nice. With a promotional price we bought an extended warranty which gives us some confidence of present experience with Toyota.

Having received the notice that the repairs could be made for the recall on airbags in our Toyota. I called, made the appointment for the fix. Drove 10 miles down to the dealer, only to be informed they would look at the vehicle, see if it needed the repair, order the parts and schedule an appointment to actually make the repairs. This is frustrating. If they were aware that there were a number of vehicles needing the repair, why not save the customer two trips to sit in the waiting room for several hours and actually be prepared to make the necessary repairs? Not very efficient nor considerate of the customer,

I bought my Ford at AutoNation Toyota so my warranty allows for "free" oil changes. I booked the appt well in advance but they did not have the correct oil filter which caused me being there for 2.5 hours for the oil change. The service guy was really nice and apologetic. I just know next time to please ask to have the filter there for the appt. They have a really nice waiting room and free wi-fi so I was able to work while waiting.

The interactions leading up to the purchase of our new car were positive. However, our purchase included two add-ons that had to be done with the servicing department (window tint and door/cup guards). It seemed like once the sale was final, we became a much lower priority. We had to go back to the dealership multiple times, only to find that the sales team did not inform the service team that we were coming and they couldn't perform the work that day. We ultimately scheduled the service ourselves but it was more of an ordeal than it should have been.

I would like to share that I had purchased a new vehicle from another car company and was unhappy with the way I was treated. I canceled my transaction and came to Auto Nation Toyota. I was very glad I did as they treated my husband and I amazingly well! I ended up trading in 2 vehicles and drove away in an almost brand new ‘21 Toyota Venza Hybrid Limited, that day. We first came in to have our vehicle checked on December 31st where they indicated the sunroof would need to be replaced. We were trying to get some issues sorted out with an extended warranty so we were going to have to wait a little bit to replace it. This was ok, because we originally took the vehicle in the afternoon and the technician said he couldnt have it replaced that same day. However, he made no mention of needing to special order the parts. Well we finally got things sorted with the warranty and scheduled the service online. I checked the box for a phone call to ensure they could ask any questions. I tried to provide as much information in the text box. However, I never heard back. So I drive up for the appointment, they pulled out my paperwork and indicated to me that they would need to order the part that would take a week. This was so frustating having driven 20 minutes for an appointment and no one at the dealership is checking appointments prior to see if people wanted a phone call back and whether they need parts ordered. I dont understand how you can allow people to make appointments online for all types of services and then not call them about it, especially if you need parts ordered. So now the part is going to take a week to get here and then we have to schedule another appointment once they get the part in. Its extremely frustating and quite frankly a failed business practice.

Service department has serious reliability issues and did not honor the vehicles and parts warranties on my brand new vehicle multiple times. Buying process was okay. Unreliable: Once, it took 3 hours for a 1 hour appointment. At other times they didn't know why I showed up, told me I had been scheduled by accident or they had double booked customers. They also lost records of appointments, current and previous. Warranty issues: They took a full year to replace warrantied running boards that rusted after two weeks; they were unresponsive to texts and calls, kept losing paperwork, and asked me to come in for pictures three separate times. They also repeatedly misinformed me regarding the dates and coverage information for my truck's two year warranty, resulting in lost benefits. Most recently, when my wife gave birth, they allowed us to reschedule for the next week...but when I showed up to the appointment they said my warranty had expired and they would no longer honor the appointment. You would think a company would treat you better after such a big purchase.

Would give 0 stars if possible. You replaced windshield wipers that were just put on 2 weeks prior to the appointment. No where in the itemized receipt does it say that you replaced the fuel injectors in which the service rep said needed to be done. You recommended a transmission service, that I had already had done less that 20,000 miles ago, simply because you didn’t look at my cars history. No fluids were topped off even after I asked in which I know because my wiper fluid light came on as soon as I pulled off the lot. The recall on my car in which the rep said needed to be done, wasn’t done because he had just found out it was a two part service, something that he should have more knowledge about because this is a recall that’s been on my car for almost a year! Also, when I called to ask about the fluids being topped off the service rep said he would have the technician call me back, in which he never did. All in all, you need better service reps that actually care about their clients and don’t just rip them off. You lost a costumer, won’t be returning for any services not even the extra oil change that I already paid for when I bought my car. 0/10 recommend.

I brought my minivan in for a recall at AutoNation Toyota in Spokane Valley. As a minivan driver, I have small children and had to wait with a baby and a toddler. The service manager who greeted us and got us signed in warned me it would be about an hour and a half but they'd see what they could do to get it done more quickly since I had small children to entertain in a dealership. True to their word, they were actually done 15 minutes sooner than promised! I really appreciated that.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I have had continuous poor service at this location, and stupidly return. But no longer. After this last time going in for an oil change, they told me I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire that couldn’t be patched and that I would most likely need 4 new tires due to the tread wear on them. I then was told both my tail lights were out and needed replacement. I denied all services and took my truck to Les Schwab for the tire repair, the told me I did in fact have a nail in my tire but that it was in the middle of my tread and easily repaired. I also checked all my tail lights and my brake lights and they all were functioning just fine. They’re clearly lying to get repairs and make money when they aren’t necessary. Go elsewhere for your service.

I wanted a certified used car so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. My tires needed replacing soon, according to their own charts, yet they still certified them. I slipped and slid in the rain, and was really worried about my safety in the snow. I put a call and an email in to the used car sales manager in mid November. I received no response. We've spent over $30,000 in the last three years with Autonation, and they didn't have the courtesy to respond. I will not be shopping with them again.

I was very disappointed that the dealership and Matt did not have the parts to complete the recall on my vehicle. I called well in advance of my service to make sure they had the parts in stock and they assured me that it would be completed at the time of my regular service and that they would have the parts set aside for me . When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my vehicle the parts were not available and the advisor never contacted me . Now I have to wait for the parts again that were already promised to me and have to find time in my busy schedule to get to the dealer. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for me . I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole situation . And when I voiced my concern the only thing the advisor said was “supply chain, sorry” even though I did the right thing and called way in advance to set the parts aside . Which was never done .

This would have been my 4th vehicle from AutoNation. My boyfriend and I went in to reserve a vehicle that was not on the lot. The whole time the salesman Serge would not work with us. He treated us like a number instead of making an actual good customer experience. The vehicle was for my boyfriend and Serge wouldn't even really acknowledge him. Came in bought some parts and ask a quote for installation. The service guy who I spoke to (on far left, next to parts counter), never looked at me. Said the installation will cost $150 and they can’t do it until 1-2 months later, even tho i said it will take only 10 mins and they aren’t working on any cars at the moment. He said it not his problem and he doesn’t care, and will cost $150 even if it takes 5 mins. Furthermore, it took me a whole 2 hours to get my parts. The wait was ridiculously long, especially with only 1 person working at the parts counter. However, A big shoutout to The guy at the parts department. He was super nice and helpful. The only positive thing with my whole experience here. Been a customer here for years, and introduced many friends and family here. I am baffled at how they treat their customers. With the consistent rude and poor customer service, I am moving to Larry h Miller. Never recommending or buying from autonation again. Ultimately I had to went to Larry H Miller and Titan Truck, and even tho they had a full schedule, they fit me in. Both places also did it free of charge for me. Which I didn’t expect, but was extremely grateful for!

Most dealerships would just do it and be happy for the extra money. The only feedback I have is that the glovebox shock wasn’t reconnected after the cabin air filter was checked, but that’s such a little thing and was easy for me to catch and reconnect myself that it didn’t take away from the great experience.

Was with them over 10 years for oil change. First time I went to different toyota dealer for oil change and was told that the thread was damaged and tear apart. It must be replaced and the cost was 600$. Called and talked to one of the manager and the guy was rude. They were the only one who did my oil change for 10 years and he kept saying he didn’t do it. November 10th I came to the service with my sequoia and asked to check my car as oil flows under the rear wheel . Checked. I sat there almost three hours and said there no problems that I came up with although everything is covered with oil.well. I think it’s possible, in the garage puddle of oil and everything is fine with the car. Now I have schedule the service again for December 4 because in the garage the oil puddle is already new. Oil change took over 2 hours!!! Then, when they brought my car back to me, the check engine light was on. It took them another 30 minutes or so to figure out that one of their technicians unplugged a vacuum line. I was more than surprised that they would try to give a vehicle back to someone with an engine light on that they caused. Pretty embarrassing!!!

When asked to meet with the tech..first I was told he will right out to it'll be 30 min to there rude service advisor Completely lied about how he is super busy and I am wasting his time. Took my car to Larry h miller next day and they found the problem in less than an hour. Autonation Please re train your service advisors and teach them customer service.

Me & my fiancé drove down from Tri-cities to purchased our pre-approved Chevy Impala. When we arrived we were a little disappointed because the impala we had planned to buy had scratches along the doors and a huge dent on the trunk. We completed thought we had wasted our time driving all the way down to pick up a vehicle that wasn't up to our standards. Right as we were going to leave the car guy Bo helped us. He was such a great representative that we found another Chevy Impala that was the sane year and less miles. Bo was great to work with and made our whole purchase comfortable. He made us laugh and it felt like we were purchasing a car from a friend! Defiantly would purchase another vehicle from Bo. Also the other staff was also friendly and helpful!

I had a 9am appointment to test drive and don’t get in the car until almost 12. I asked them to reach out to a specific couple of lenders and they refused, just saying “they can’t”. They said they detailed the vehicle but it is still so messy (gunk on cracks, dirty seats). They asked to purchase my car back from me 2 days after I bought it. They also sold my information to everyone under the sun. I keep getting mail, emails, and calls about my warranty (which we discussed my car didn’t not have) and Sirius XM, which is a nightmare to unsubscribe from

We utilized this location because it’s convenient to where we live, but after years of poor customer service I think I hit my limit today. My wife has come in for her appointments and sat for over 30 mins because no one would help her and then when she questioned not being helped she was made to feel like it was her fault because they don’t have staff. Today I was misgendered twice because neither person would actually look at me before speaking. I have written to the customer service manager and got no response in the past. Today, this was the last straw. The name Toyota should be ashamed to be linked to this location.

A fine group. They want to make a deal. But the focus on "come on down!", well, it likely works locally, but online, not as much. I had tried to deal with them online...only to drive 250 miles. They forced a credit app even though I had pre-approval. Then forced a credit scheme using the approval I walked in the door with. A it has ended in a no deal...and a credit hit for no reason. Seems like they just didn't hear what we said online at all.

This person wasn’t at all understanding of the situation regarding my brand new Toyota, and the fact that it’s leaking coolant all over the place. Vehicle was not clean and certainly not sanitized as it said on the invoice. Asked him to check for a slow leak on a tire thinking this would be cursory, but said it would cost $20. Many employees were not wearing masks the whole time. Was there for an hour and a half, an estimated wait time should be automatic information given to those who choose to wait. And recommendations for further service were also not on the invoice. Overall the worst experience I have ever had getting my car serviced

While my Prius was being serviced I thought to take a look at a new Prius for all the new safety features. Worked with a salesman, Serge, and went through the typical “have to check with the sales manager”. Received a low-ball trade value but the real number would be worked out upon delivery as there were no new Pruis’ on the lot. They had one that was scheduled for delivery in one to two weeks that we liked, so put a deposit down on that. Didn’t hear from Serge for 10 days and called him. “Oh, sorry, meant to call you, we sold the car you had a deposit on to somebody else.” What a bunch of BS. From the other reviews looks like they make a habit of unfulfilled promises. Don’t trust them!

The finance coordinating was somewhat rude after I expressed no desire to purchase the extended warranty. The service manager did seemed sincere and attentive so am hoping further contact with Parnell will be positive. The only reason I continued with the purchase is because they had what I wanted and I can be confident in purchasing a Toyota.

So, I dropped my truck off for an axle repair. The initial quote was $1600 for the total fix, and the timeline provided was approximately 3-5 business days. The problem arose when the Service Representative I was working with got sick. There was no form of hand-off of my truck's status. I called them and was told on two different occasions that someone was taking over the sick person's workload and I would get a call back within a day or two. Fast forward more than two weeks, and I still hadn't heard anything about my truck so I finally called management and they told me my truck was ready for pickup. When I went in to get my truck, the price they charged me was over $2500. And then when I contested that price, and the lack of response really any accommodation for almost 3 weeks... the best they could do was charge me the original $1600 mentioned. (And that was including some kind of 'discount' they found for me...) the truck is in great working order, but the customer service was really weak and I left disappointed overall. TL;DR ‐ Good mechanical repair, but pretty bad customer service.

Corbin Culbert was my salesman and worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I went there to buy. I waited a week for the truck to arrive and he checked on it daily and sent updates and checked in regularly. The truck was priced just right with low mileage. Anyways, they worked me in and I very much appreciated it. Had my son's RAV4 serviced here for the first time. Had the transmission flushed and refilled at 90,000 miles. Got excellent and timely service from the service department. Only thing is, I am now being bombarded with emails trying to sell me a maintenance plan... and since those things are rip-offs (and in my opinion, borderline criminal) I am now wondering about the ethics at AutoNation as a whole.

If you bought the extended warranty from autonation, don't go here. It's nothing short of a circus, but if you do. Talk to Bob the GM, he'll get it handled. The guys in the service center know little to nothing about cars and even less about customer service. We bought a Tundra from this Autonation and a Forester from the Autonation Subaru down the road. First salesman took me out on a test drive in the vehicle I liked. Came back to the dealership and started working on numbers , while this is happening another takes my vehicle out for a test drive, walks around checking body for any damages and checks the tires. Tells me nice car, clean and great tires. I was told what they were going to give me for my trade in by the salesman that was working with me. He says I was also getting extra because of the low miles on my trade in, plus $2500 for a tax credit in my trade. I looked up on kbb prior to coming to the dealership and knew what trade in value was for my car. Salesman also told me that he would also be able to give me the $1000 customer loyalty due to the amount of prior vehicles I have purchased at automation, also Toyota factory rebate of $750 . So starts the back and forth wheeling and dealing to come to an agreed payment for the vehicle I was purchasing. That all being agreed upon, I leave because the vehicle I wanted to purchase was not delivered to the dealership yet. Days later I receive a call from a different sale person telling me they are giving me $14,500 for my trade in and if the $750 rebate from the factory was available once the car is delivered I would get that also. Nothing about the customer loyalty, tax credit or the extra for the low mileage on my trade. I received a call from her a couple of days later that my vehicle was delivered and an appointment was set up for the test drive, financing and delivery of the car to me. While in the financing office I ask where the tax credit was on the paperwork, I was told he would show me after we get the paperwork done, that never happened. Also no customer loyalty or extra for low mileage. I decided a couple of days after purchasing the vehicle I would call Toyota customer service regarding these issues, they send an email to the dealership and the female salesperson that took over for the original salesman’s calls me. She is rude and tells me they never promised me anything other then the $750 rebate, which was from the factory not the dealership and they have all the paperwork from my first visit with the salesman that was helping me. I told her I know what was promised me and also had a family member with me the whole time who also witnessed what was told to me. I hang up on her. She emails me a piece of paperwork that I have never seen or signed. She stated that she has all the paperwork and everything I signed. I never saw this! The salesperson tells me that Casey couldn’t have made these promises to me, he knows better than that and that she trained him. I had a previous issue with another new car I had purchased from there several years ago and should of learned from that purchase but thought thing had changed at AutoNation! I was wrong and will never purchase from them again! I

Do not buy your vehicle or get it serviced at Autonation Toyota in the Spokane Valley! They are deceitful in the way that they handle things and do not even take the time to respond to a customer's problems or concerns. They will sell you a vehicle under false pretenses, and then turn around and hit you with a bill to get service items done that should have already been completed. We bought the extended warranty on our $46,000 vehicle, and regret it after our experience. It had 35,700 miles on it. We had a service light pop up not 5 days after our purchase. We called with a little concern, we haven't driven it but 5 DAYS! Set up a service time and got it in a week later. Needs an oil change, and 4 other items totaling over $1000, all routine things that should have been done at 30,000 miles. I call to speak to the service manager. He proceeds to tell me that we probably didn't need an oil change, but whoops, he can't do anything about that. So just pay for and eat an oil change, sorry. He then gives me a bunch of info on how it was out of Texas and that is why it was never taken care of, but there is nothing anyone there could do for me right then. They proceeded to pass me to someone who doesn't care about returning calls or emails. Getting ahold of someone that can help is virtually impossible. I was given the run around by multiple employees and finally given a contact that "should" be able to help. Mike Mitchell, used car manager, will not return any communication that I have put forth. It is unfortunate that this is how Autonation does business. Do not shop Autonation Toyota in Spokane Valley, or any Autonations for that matter.

We purchased a 2021 Camry. I only had 1200 miles on it. I noticed the back driver side bumper was hanging out about 1/4 inch. There is a bracket that a screw is screwed into on the inside of the rear fender well that holds the bumper on. A cheap phony, plastic bracket is the only thing holding the bumper on secure. Now it is broken. Mike Royce, the service manager, told me that someone bumped into my bumper and broke it. There is not a mark on the bumper anywhere. He said it doesn't take much to do it. Shame on Toyota for making such a phony piece of crap. And shame on them for not stepping up and fixing my car. Who's to say it wasn't like that when I got the car new. It also tells me that I am not the first person that this has happened to. He had his response right out of the gate. He knew it has happened before. We work very hard for our money and to purchase such a piece of crap is very disappointing. Is this what Toyota has become? We have been very loyal Toyota owners. Our 1998 Toyota Camry just gave it up this spring with over 400,000 miles on it. That was when they built good, reliable cars. Now I am ashamed to say that I own a Toyota. My husband was going to buy a new Toyota pickup, but that won't be happening. Step up Toyota and fix my car. And fix that phony, crappy plastic bracket on these cars. My wife has been "shopping" for a new car for a couple of months, but absolutely hates going to the dealerships to "haggle" with the sales people. When she finally settled on a couple of different makes/models, I convinced her the best way to make her choice is to get in one and drive it.......and that is how we met Wayne. He was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all her questions, let her take it for a test drive and the fact there was no pressure to buy, was what made the sale in the end. Wayne has followed up with us a couple of times to make sure things are going well and to see if we had any questions. All in all a very positive experience and my wife loves her new car!

The staff in service department was very professional and courteous A salesman helped me set up my phone on my RAV4 and was very helpful and professional. I wish I would have written his name down to give him the credit he deserves. However the wind noise with my RAV4 still has not been addressed. I was told fir the second time from two different dealerships that the wind noise due to high winds and could not be fixed because it was a bad design when the small windows were added. that is not a good explanation so I insisted to talk to a sales manager who then had service manager Parnell talk to me. I told him that bad design is not an acceptable explanation and the customer should not have to pay for bad designs. Parnell suggested that he would call someone in Portland and would get back to me. Parnell did call me back and said it is a problem with the side windows and improper seals. They have not come up with a resolution yet and would keep me posted. I have had my RAV4 fifteen months and appears that Toyota knows about this problem not just in my vehicle a resolution should be developed sooner not later. The wind noise is excessive and should not be treated as not a problem. I waited a long time to get the 2020 and is very heartbreaking to have this problem and be treated like it is no big deal. It is a big deal. My GF that has a 2018 RAV4 noticed it right away and said she would not be able to keep this vehicle because of the noise. Her 2018 RAV4 is very quiet. Still waiting for a resolution.

I was disappointed to find out only when I arrived home and looked at the bill that the rear wiper replacement that I explicitly requested to be done when making the appointment and when arriving at the dealership was not performed. Also a bit disappointed that the 30,000 mile maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, filter change) plus replacement of a tire sensor took over 2 hours. My expectation was about 75 to 90 minutes.

I went in for a simple tire rotation. They told me it would take 30-60 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, I went to ask how much longer. They said it's almost done should be out soon so I could finish the paperwork to hurry things along. First...I am told my tires are almost ready for replacement, but guess what...they are having a tire sale. The dealership was trying to get the customers in front of me to buy tires too. And I only have 37000 miles on 60000 mile tires. Hmm...I don't believe you Auto Nation. Second, they tell me the tires didn't need to be rotated, so they didn't do anything on the car. By the time I got out of there, it was almost 2 hours and they didn't even do anything...except try to sell me tires that I didn't need. AutoNation will never get my money again. Larry H. It appears this dealership (Auto Nation) assigns customers to a specific Service Advisors based on their last name. I sat there for 10 minutes while the Service Advisor I was assigned to helped three other customers, while four (4) other Service Advisors were not helping anybody! They need a system where ANY Service Advisor can help ANY customer at ANY time. Why do three customers have to wait in line behind one person when there are four other Advisors ready to work? Makes no sense. Literally, they put the customer at the END OF THE LINE!

Needed to have a recall done on my Toyota Corolla, and the letter from Toyota says you will get a loaner car for the time you car is in the shop. So I called 2 different dealers in the Spokane Area. The one located in Downtown Spokane says they don't do loaner cars for this recall, so when I called Toyota, they directed me to AutoNation Toyota SV. When I called Michael (one of the service managers) said that Toyota does pay for a loaner car while car is being taken car of this recall issue. Appt was scheduled, I arrived on time and after paperwork was taken to the rental company to get a car. The whole experience was quick and the recall was fixed within 4 hours. I would recommend AutoNation for your cars service needs they were great to work with............

I took my 2018 Camry in for 3 recall notices that had to be addressed. The people at the counter were very professional and took car of me eighth away. My car was ready sooner than I expected. The only complaint I have is, after working on my fuel pump, my car smelled of gasoline. I had to park it outside my garage and leave the garage door open all day to air it out.

I bought a used car at an auto nation, the car had a cracked windshield which would be ordered and replaced and I would be called as soon as it came in. After a month I called the dealership to find out if it was in yet, the person I talked to said she would find out and call me back, she never did call me back so I called back the next day and talked to the same person she said that it was her day off and she was in to take care of a few things and finding out about my windshield was one of them and would have the person from the body shop call me, again no one called me back. I called back the third day and asked to speak to a manager so I could find out about my windshield and tell him about my experience he assured me he would find out and call me back, again no one calls me back. The next day I go there in person and ask to talk to a manager tell him about my experience he said he would have someone get on it right away, I waited over an hour and no one came to talk to me, I finally had to ask someone how long I needed to wait, then I was giving the phone number for the collision center and I talked to Dave who set me up for an appointment for the next day. There seems to be a problem with follow-through and communication at this site, I've bought two other vehicles here and never had this kind of problem before, I hope this is not the new standard.

I have taken my car in for oil change a few times during covid, and felt really unsafe there at the valley Toyota. Both times there were two gentlemen employees in the service center who either didn’t wear mask over nose or had just a flimsy visor on. No attempt to have sanitized pens. Most of customers coming in where in high risk category. This shows a total disregard for their customers well being!.

My wife and I traded in our 2010 Toyota Sienna for a 2019 certified pre-owned Toyota Sienna. Ryan, our salesman, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. This is the main vehicle for our family of six, and the only vehicle we own that can fit all of us. Ryan worked around our schedule of picking up and dropping off kids from school and sports and made the buying process much less stressful than it could have been. Within the first week of owning our new to us Sienna, we found some issues like a seatbelt not working and the key fobs not being fully programmed. Ryan made us a service appointment that worked around our schedule. When we got to our appointment, it was discovered that the seatbelt had broken and it would be several days until the replacement part would arrive and could be installed. Warranty wouldn't cover a loaner car, so Autonation covered a rental minivan at their cost understanding how needed this vehicle is to us in our daily lives. David from service did a full check of our Sienna and made sure to communicate with us at every step along the way. He even came out to help my wife carry car seats to and from the Sienna to our rental. In the end, we have a reliable and safe family vehicle backed by local people who we can go to with any issue large or small.

Bought a brand new Toyota with Platinum warranty that expires 12/2021...have been fighting with the service department SINCE JUNE 2020 to get the water pump fixed...and even though we have paperwork to prove the work is covered, we are told "our warranty doesn't exist" "our work isn't covered" "the work needs pre-approval" we are told to drop truck off...so wasted an entire Saturday only to be told that "warranty people don't work weekends"...we will NEVER do business with them again!

I have been looking for a new truck and have had a hard time finding the exact package that I want. I, like many other people I'm sure, have had to turn to the internet and extend my search area further and further to find what I would like (at a fair price of course). I finally found a truck that met my criteria and it was listed at a fair price. I contacted the dealer and explained I was out of town and would need to have the vehicle shipped. I know this is a very common thing, but still wanted to make sure they were familiar with the process. I was told, "Of course we're familiar with the process." Obviously I would be on the hook for the transport fees, and since I am not able to be there in person for the document signing purposes, I was notified that I would have to use a notary service that could come to my house and take care of that aspect (at a fee of course), but I understood that and had no issues with it. So after receiving the email with the quote of the price for the truck, plus the $1800 transport fee and $400 doc signing fee, I was informed that a discount of $2830 that was included in the quote for the vehicle would not be applied for me since I am not close by. So not only does it cost me $2200 more than if I lived close and could simply pop in to get it, it was going to specifically cost me $2,830 more as they were revoking a discount that is available to everyone else interested in the truck, a discount that is advertised on the internet for all to see and take part in. I literally am being discriminated against because of my geographical location. Nevermind the fact that I was willing to pay the extra $2200 more it was going to cost me just to physically obtain the truck versus someone that lived close to their location, which is entirely based on my decision to look far from home...now they are raising the price AN ADDITIONAL $2830 for no apparent reason I could find, other than to further slap me in the face for not being able to find a truck similar closer to home. I spent a decent amount of time getting to this point (finding the truck, speaking on the phone several times with sales associate, obtaining a formal quote), and am absolutely appalled that they would even attempt to treat a viable customer with such contempt rather than simply appreciate being able to sell a vehicle at their asking price without even a bit of haggling on my part. Let alone the willingness to pay $2200 on top of the sale price of the truck. No problem, I will gladly take my excellent credit and hard earned money somewhere else that it will be appreciated. I truly hope they are forced to correct these horrible business practices as a result of more people avoiding them and allowing them to see the error of their ways.

I have been working with James Brown for almost a month before finally landing the car of my dreams! He has been extremely helpful in ensuring my needs/wants were met and consistently followed up with me as (what felt like so much) time passed by. Was informed a '21 Hybrid RAV4 XSE had arrived and I booked an appt with him for the next morning. Arrived and was taken care of through each and every step of the buying process (~5 hours... although I felt they have an extremely efficient workflow). TOYOTA SERVICE:: We are leasing a 2020 Highlander. The first month we had it the clear bra door guards started peeling off and the seat belt stopper came completely off. I called to make an appointment and they got me in fairly quickly. I made my appt for 9:30 specifically so I had time to drop my step son off at school. When I arrived at 9:30 they couldn’t find my appt. When they finally did, they let me know it was made for 8:30 instead. They let me know it was going to take most of the day to fix the door guards. So I had arranged a ride and dropped my car off for the day. They called less than two hours later and let me know they didn’t have the supplies needed to fix my door guards and they had to order the seat belt stopper. (Why was this not arranged when I made my appt?) They let me know they would call me in 5 days to reschedule my appointment when the parts came in. Three weeks later I hadn’t heard anything. So I called to check in. The parts still hadn’t been ordered. The receptionist transferred me to Andrew, who ordered the parts and let me know he could get me in as soon as the next day. (Andrew has been an angel through all of this) I arranged another ride since it was going to take most of the day. When I arrived for my now second appointment. I dropped my car off, they had all the parts and it was even done sooner than expected! When I came to pick my car up I walked around to check the door edge guards and they all looked great! I sat in my car and turned it on I went to put my seat belt on. Unfortunately, they forgot to lift the seat belt buckle itself above where they put the stopper so my seatbelt was unusable. I turned my car off and walked back into the service center to find out all of their techs had gone to lunch and no one was available to help me. The gentleman asked me to wait 45 minutes until they all returned. I had no other option since I didn’t have a working seatbelt. About 15 minutes later someone asked me to show them that was wrong with the seat belt. I pulled my car back into the garage and showed them. The man took the belt and tried jerking it up repeatedly like it would eventually go back to the right side of the stopper. On my brand new car.... We went back inside to see if the shop had the part to just quickly replace it. They didn’t..... So they ordered the part (again) and told me they would call me for another appt. They then asked me if I wanted the seatbelt stopper removed?? Obviously it’s the law and I need my seatbelt functioning to drive my car... the same man that was jerking the seat belt around took my car back over to the shop to have it removed. When we pulled back into the service garage he was speeding and not so gentle on the breaks as he pulled in. (Mind you this is hybrid, it has get up and go but it’s a big SUV not meant to be driven like a sports car. When you’re driving someone else’s car you should probably treat it very gently....especially in a professional environment....) So I’m now scheduling my third appointment for a VERY simple fix. I’m not having mechanical issues. No big body work done. Just a few very simple fixes that has taken 3 appointments to get done. I’ve had people ask me about my experience getting my car serviced here because they’re looking for a Toyota dealership to get their car fixed. I can’t say I can send my friends and family here with a good conscience....

We lost one of our keys for our Rav 4 and we?re replacing it. Although the new key was expensive, the service was great. We knew how much time it would take and the staff was friendly. In fact one employee offered to get our car from the parking lot and back it into the garage bay so that we wouldn?t have to walk in the rain and get wet while finding the car. Very considerate.

AutoNation Toyota in Spokane Valley is pretty amazing. I live in a tiny town in Idaho and work a lot. I had been searching for a truck with specific things for a while and finally found the perfect truck at AutoNation. The problem was it was a Tuesday and it was 8 hrs away so it wasn't like I could go after work and check it out. I emailed them and told them the situation and was expecting them to say first come first serve. I was blown away when they said I could reserve the truck for 3 days! They also sent me a link to reserve the truck immediately, so I did. After the 8 hr drive I pulled into AutoNation. As soon as I walked through the door I was impressed, the place was big but super clean, spotless, and everyone was super nice and helpful. They took my basic information and within 10-15 mins I was in the truck for a test drive. They told me all about the truck and showed me all of the inspection sheets they had done and maintenance, everything! I decided to buy it, the price was fair and was pleasantly surprised when they explained their no haggle policy, what you see is what you get. They show you what the vehicle is worth and my truck was perfectly median priced. Then the dreaded paperwork started, but it wasn't too bad here. Everyone was pleasant. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone! I got my dream truck and they held onto it for 3 days and turned several people away to allow a guy 8 hrs away from Idaho to see it in person, if that's not service I don't know what is!

My husband called to make an appointment to have a system flush. He asked how much they charge for that service. They gave him a figure, but when they were finished and gave him the bill, it was substantially more, like $200.00 more. My husband said when he wants a bid, he wants them to include known parts, taxes and service department charges. These were all separate from what they told him. If he would have known that, he would not have gone to the dealer. Also, he had an appointment for 9:00 in the morning. They did not explain the process of the service to him or how long it would take. They were not finished until after 3:00 in the afternoon. A definite scheduling inconvenience for my husband.

Purchased a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium due to their True Car Affiliation. Not many of these sitting around on lots. Not much haggle to pricing with True Car discount, they tried to charge me a $900 fee on my trade in, we resolved that. But the awful aspect was the misrepresented interest rate-Ali, the Loan Officer stated that we would likely be granted a better interest rate than the contract we signed and according to Toyota Motor Credit - that contract was final and binding when we left.

We were shopping for a used car to replace one that was a total loss in an accident. AutoNation had the same make/model in a similar year and mileage. We called and spoke with a salesman about the car and made an appointment to see it the next morning. We live a 2 hour drive to the dealer. The vehicle was available when we arrived, but had not been cleaned as it was new inventory. We drove the vehicle and reviewed the inspection report and maintenance completed subsequent to the inspection. All appeared to be in order we decided to purchase the vehicle. The total time for that was 35 minutes. We paid cash for the vehicle. AutoNation agreed to detail the vehicle, it was so dirty we wanted to return the next day because we wanted them to do a thorough job on the detail. They got to work on the detail while we waited four and one-half hours to purchase the vehicle. This waiting to complete the transaction is simply painful. I don't understand it, I never will. I won't ever do it again. In the future I will leave the dealership and go run other errands and return four hours later and pick up the car. The car was cleaned by the time the paperwork was completed, but the cleaning was not a detailing. We found items belonging to the prior owners under the seats. The car was not waxed. The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff attentive and friendly. I would buy here again.

I've always had good service at AutoNation Toyota. The staff are both friendly and efficient and the facilities are comfortable and clean. I do think, however, that the next oil change/service is incorrect on my windshield sticker. Just had the 10k routine maintenance done and the window sticker says the next appointment is at 20k. This cannot be correct as Toyota recommends every 5 thousand miles. It should be set for 15k.

Ms. Dixson who sold us the car was wonderful, but the service manager lied to us about the rear differential going out. My mechanic told me that Autonation had tried to hide the problem. Totally not impressed. The owner of the dealership did resolve the issue with me, but if I weren?t an attorney myself I am not sure how this would have gone. Two levels of management tried to bully before the manager of the dealership made this right. I have had good experiences with this dealership before buying newer vehicles than this last experience. This dealership needs IMHO a new service manager. If you are buying new here your probably OK. Older vehicles not so much...

Called twice and talked to two separate sales people about a used car they'd listed online. Yes, it's available! Come on down, can you be here at such and such a time? We went down later that day and nobody could find the car. One salesperson didn't even bother to check their records ---- walked us around the lot for 15 minutes looking for the car (it was green, and he points out a black version and says, are you sure that's not it, a lot of times THEY DON'T GET THE INFO IN THE LISTING CORRECT. Finally a salesperson says I don't know who you spoke with but the car is over at the renovation facility. His "apology" for the confusion was that there are "so many sales people on staff that not everyone knows everything" ---- sounds like a management issue to me (is what I thought). Okay, so we go over with him and look --- listed nine days earlier and that car was filthy inside and out! We asked the sales person what does it mean that it's going through renovation? His rude answer was, "I don't know, I'm just a salesman, I don't make the processes." So that car didn't work for us --- it was a 2013 Escape. We said, thanks but it's just not right for what we need because it's too small. The salesman who said he'd been there for 15 years, acted clueless, never listened to us when we explained our needs and seemed like he really didn't care (but proceeded to show us a MINI VAN which was not even something we were interested in at all) --- total waste of time and pretty much what i expect from a "car salesman" --- thanks for upholding the cliche.

Jimmy is awesome! My fiance and I got out of our car and started browsing at the RAV4's out in the front. Jimmy came out and said hello to us and never pressured us. A trust worthy dealership but if your educated and can make the case you can save a couple g's. If i was uneducated I would still buy at AutoNation Toyota. Know your trade value, their is wiggle room if you make the case and prove it. Know warranty cost you don't have to pay full freight more wiggle room on new cars. The longer a car sits on lot the price goes down. See how long the car has been there. Maybe its close to a price reduction. If you order a car you will get what you want but not the price break necessarily. I didn't get the color I wanted but saved some cash. The 4 runner is a awesome reliable vehicle but I would make some changes on newer models. Like a 6 speed overdrive for long hwy trips. locking Diff and A Trac in any drive mode. Auto start in TRD Off Road. Looking forward to long life of this vehicle to pass on to grandkids. Thanks Autonation satisfied customer. 2nd car. love them both.

Second of my prepaid Oil Change and Inspections went fine. This is the second time that the Van was not looked over by the office staff that interact with us after vehicle returned from the shop. This time the drivers floor mat is black greasy. If somebody just looked at the van before giving us back the keys they might see/correct issues so we are not surprised when we get in. The time before this the hood prop was lying on the passenger floor??? did they break it? did they think we would not notice?

Others came and went while we were there but no one came out to give us a status or talk to us...if we'd known it was going to be half the entire day, we could have arranged to leave and come back.

I noticed a loud clunk when accelerating - when I took it into the dealership, we found that I had unlatched the seat and not secured it back in place - the guys laughed but I was treated extremely well and left with a smile and no charge for their time. All I needed was a check engine diagnostic. It took 1 hour and 31 minutes exactly (checked my receipt). I was told it would cost $125 when I arrived, but that wasn't disclosed when I made the appointment. When the job was finally completed, there were additional fees I wasn't told about making the bill $147.25. The diagnostic reflected the same problem found by O'Reilly auto parts, whose diagnostic took minutes and was free. The reason I went to AutoNation was because Toyota Corp told me that my particular problem could be considered for a warranty waiver since I was one month away from it's expiration date. He gave me a case number and asked that I call back after I get the diagnostic from a Toyota dealership. After AutoNations diagnostic I called Toyota corporation back, and the girl told me "it's almost impossible to get waivers like that." She checked with her supervisor who denied it. I told her all of the above and that this has been one huge waste of time and lots of money because of what I was told by the previous rep. The lack of up front disclosure by the corporation and by AutoNation is garbage customer service, not to mention unethical.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst nightmare. By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My cars been in the shop 5 different times for the same issue and they insist on telling me nothing is wrong with my car and continuously lie to me. I bought a brand new 2019 Rav 4 and it was the worst mistake of my life and still has the unresolved issues. Now I have to deal with a vehicle that I don’t even feel safe driving in. Please save yourself the hassle of purchasing a vehicle here.

AutoNation Toyota sold us a Highlander. They mentioned in passing that the car was from Canada. They didn’t mention that the entire car read in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. We noticed this after getting the car home (stupid us but we were more focused on the engine and safety features working, not what the temp read!!) but after a quick Google, it seemed like it just needed the settings to be changed as Corolla’s, Prius’ just need a couple of button pushes and it switches. No big deal. We called right away to ask about this. After putting off our phone call for a couple of days (we called several times) they informed us that highlanders don’t have the ability to change from C to F. They also informed it that the time to return the car had passed. Buyer beware!! This company will let important details “slip their minds”, then won’t return phone calls during the vehicle return window. We’ve been working with them trying to make this right but it’s been like pulling teeth. They want nothing to do with us now that they have our check.

My trucks driver seat squeaks and I made an appointment for it. The tech that was working on it came in and asked me to show him cause he couldn?t get it to make noise. I showed him and made it squeak.... that?s where you dropped me and said it?s normal, my truck has 6k miles and no other Tacoma I have ever drove does that. I work on cars/trucks every day at my job and have driven over 100 Tacoma?s. None of those ones driver seat makes that noise??

a month ago I chose Autonation because I thought they were a reputable company I could trust. I was majorly disappointed with my experience. I purchased my vehicle with them for $29,000. I noticed a difference between paint colors on the back bumper before driving off the lot. Before leaving the lot I spoke to our salesperson about the unsightful gouge on the back bumper that had been painted over. Our salesperson let me know that he was aware of the damage and he brushed it off as a small repair I could do myself. They painted over the gouge thinking I would never notice. So after a long day of driving and paperwork I didn't have time to renegotiate or say nevermind about the purchase. I also had my disabled mother with me and we were now stuck at the dealership after dropping off the rental we used to get there. I felt uncomfortable trying to fix the damage myself like the salesperson suggested. So I went to a few collision centers and they all said it was scraped down to the plastic and needed complete removal and repaint of the WHOLE BUMPER. Estimated costs of $1100 to $1400 from the few collision centers I took the car to. After numerous phone calls and emails to this Autonation they have offered $200 but that $200 won't not fix my issue

We stopped by the Spokane Valley Auto Nation Toyota to have a look at a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. We liked their service and the vehicle so much that we ended up buying it right away. Kaitlynn Trask was our salesperson, and did a great job in providing us all the required information regarding the vehicle and financing. She was very respective and straight forward. Mike Bailey was our finance person and did a good job helping us. We really like the one price policy of Auto Nation that takes out the bargaining aspects during the purchase. We feel that the vehicle we purchased was priced at a very decent price and it was in a really good condition. So far we had a really good experience with Auto Nation, but we will see how things go as we continue working with them. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend buying vehicles through Auto Nation Toyota in Spokane Valley.

I purchase my vehicle in November and gave a 3 star review. Customer service has failed me. Went to pick up my plates and they where given to the wrong person, along with my registration that has my full name, address and personal info. I work in medical and if I made an error like this I could loose my job and be fined up to $1500.00. I continue to be unimpressed. Do not purchase from them.

Brought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in for a 30,000 mile complimentary check, was told the front and rear differential oil needed changed. According to the manual that is only under extreme conditions. My truck does not meet those conditions by any means. But I was told it is recommended. Had I really know they were blowing sunshine I would have told them NO. I felt pressured, as a female, to having the service done. I was told I would get a survey via email after the service, never got the survey even after asking for it a second time. They must not want to know what I really feel! My husband even went in and talked to the service manager and the service rep, Matt. He got nowhere! Apparently I authorized it. True, I did after being pressured and told it was needed! We won't be back!

I highly recommend taking to Daniel Savage, one of their sales consultants. I have a disability that makes it more and more difficult for me to drive. We went to see if there was a car that would accommodate my needs to be able to continue driving. All I knew was that I wanted to try to find an SUV. Dan took the time to understand what the driving issues were for me, and to help figure out what type of SUV and options I would need to best enable me to continue driving. He helped me try out several brands of SUVs to see how they compared and if they would enable me to be able to continue driving. He wasn't just trying to sell any vehicle but help me find what would be the right car with the right fit and options for my needs. We left with a lot to think about. We knew what fit best but needed to decide whether to buy used or new and to get the best deal possible. When we were ready to buy, we went back to Dan, and made our purchase. I just had a traumatic blow out from an exploded Les Schwab tire, totaling my beloved and pristine Prius, causing $11,000 in damages. I was not a happy camper. I definitely wanted another Prius hatchback and Drew from Toyota/AutoNation showed me the only hybrid hatch Toyota had available. He priced the repairs out, worked to schedule the repairs that fit my schedule, and then informed me that the repair techs had found that the repair would cost less than expected. BUT the 'contract writer' seemed to change his mood when we declined any extended warranty. At $3000 PLUS who the heck can afford it? It would have neutralized any savings (good price) on the used vehicle. All in all selling cars is a for profit business and all you can do is be prepared by doing your research and being respectful/kind as you are shopping for a vehicle. If you don't receive this in return, take your business elsewhere :)

First visit. Andrew did a good job of familiarizing me with everything. Great place relaxing and my car was finished in the estimated time. The one negative that I have is as we reviewed the checklist there were reccomendations for intake services and "diff fluids' These are done at 30 thousand mile intervals and had been done when I purchased the car in February. This upset me enough ( $ 440.00) that I called my friend and contact where I bought the car. I mentioned the dirty fluid comment and he assured me that the service had been completed 6000 miles ago. I think you were trying to get more money from me for an uneccessary service. I don't like that technique. I will return in the future but please don't try and sell me more than I need. Thank you.

I flew in from another state to purchase the TRD Pro 4Runner, and Sakeleanna was there to pick me up at the airport. This is my 4th 4Runner, and I like to research a vehicle thoroughly, which usually means that I give the sales person more information about their product than they can give me. This was not the case with Sakeleanna, she had answers to questions I hadn?t even thought of about the truck. After the the purchase, she followed up repeatedly to make sure everything was taken care of,. When she found out somethings outside of her responsibility had not been addressed, she jumped in. It?s been almost a month since purchase, and she is still making sure that we are happy with our purchase. That?s a great sales person!

This review is only for the sales department because the service department is AWESOME!! They take excellent care of my older Tacoma. The sales people however... suck!! I bought a brand new Corolla and had to leave the dealership without both keys or an owners manual because the salesman said he couldn't find them. AFTER I had already been there for 3 hours waiting to sign my contract. So, I've been waiting to get my keyless entry fob for three days only to find out that my car doesn't have it. $20,000 and this feature isn't standard?!? Unbelievable. What's more unbelievable is that they are blowing up my email with "Welcome" and "Congratulations on your new car" and "We want you to be happy" when they don't care, at all. I called them about how upset I am that my car doesn't have an important safety feature because my salesman was lazy, and they said "It's $350 to add that because it?s not available on your trim package" I firmly believe that just because I had my financing pre-approval worked out that my salesperson didn't even try. He didn?t ask any questions or put forth any effort to make I was getting what I wanted. IF I had gotten my keys and owners manual when I bought my car, I would?ve known immediately. But I didn?t. IF he had explained the different features of the different trim packages, I would?ve know. But he didn?t. So, I?m stuck paying out of pocket.

The overall experience of purchasing this used car was exceptional. The sales staff was professional and friendly. No pressure at all, which is what I personally like. No one was pushy, rude, etc. Paul, my sales representative is the absolute best sales representative I have personally worked with when purchasing a new or used vehicle. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at AutoNation Toyota. The only negative comment I have is a process that is difficult to streamline and that is the paperwork. The salesperson Tina was amazing, she picked me and my dad up at the airport, since we lived on the other side of the state and had to fly in for the purchase. I took in my 2008 Tundra LTD yesterday and headed straight for the best service rep they employ! Mr Nick Ceresa ... ok .. perhaps they are all great but Nick is the one who demonstrated this to me and the wife. His knowledge of cars and trucks may stem from his own hands on work of his classic Chevy. (As a classic MOPAR man myself I can overlook that ..haha) . I can describe any issue I have with my Tundra from windshield wipers to the odd rubber gasket that after 10 years as wiggled a bit loose. I recommend paying forward on their oil and tire swaps as it's a good value and anyone with a 4X4 should know how important it is to ensure all your tires wear evenly. I specifically to to the AutoNation in the Valley because of the treatment I get from Nick.

I saw this 2007 Toyota Yaris online and knew it would be perfect for my daughter. 2 yrs ago we initially came to look at a Sequoia they had on the lot there. We ended up driving off the lot with a van. Best decision we ever made. Plenty of room for all 5 kids and the many items that seem to come with having 5 kids. We have always been treated kindly and had very knowledgeable staff helping us when we took the van in for oil changes. Our last visit was to have a recall item replaced on the van, Nick in the service department was AMAZING and even got the front cupholder open that we had managed to get stuck the 2nd week we owned the car 😂 So thank you Nick!!!

I have always been greeted with a friendly smile when I bring my car in for service. This time we had to have more done and David Merkle went over everything thoroughly with us. He called later to give us an update. We had to leave the car over night, but not a problem. David called the next morning and again took his time to go over all of the work that was done. I feel like my 2006 is like new again and good for another 120,000 miles. :-)

We came in to buy a used car we had seen online - as we entered a salesman named Ty greeted us and began helping us with what we came in for. Ty was an amazing salesman - not too pushy - patient - personable. We really enjoyed working with him as we wanted to make sure this was the right car for us. We agreed that we would go ahead with the car after a few hours of going back and forth and leaving and then coming back - we signed the papers and then had to wait to do all the financial portion of the purchase. We had to wait a few hours (not a big deal - car buying isn’t assured to be swift) - after 2 and a half hours of waiting we got into the finance office to finish our paperwork (& the part where they push every warranty and coverage known to man on you). We had already made up our mind that we did not want a warranty or GAP coverage through them as we could get it cheaper through our credit union (and to be frank the last 3 car purchases we added warranty’s and didn’t use them once) - so I was willing to risk it this time. After being in there for a bit working with one of the finance consultants he had his manager (Brian) come in to help print off some paperwork we had to sign before we could leave - realized we didn’t get a warranty or gap and tried pushing it on us again and claimed that with his age he has had much more experience than us and can assure us we need these warranty’s (not our first rodeo). After saying no for the 1000th time - he tried adding GAP coverage once more ($449 is there price - and I told him I didn’t want that because our credit union gave it to us for $349) and started saying that we can only do it then and there and after we sign we can’t change our minds which was not true information. He was blatantly rude and incredibly childish in his approach to upsell us - after saying no once more for their Gap coverage and calling him out in his false information he threw his pen down on the desk and walked out on us. I do not recommend Toyota’s auto nation in Spokane Valley - most unprofessional car buying experience we have ever had. Ty was amazing but the Financial Manager Brian was not - expect to be manipulated and talked down to. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from here assure you know what you are talking about and doing because they will not let up for the entire 60 minute process of paperwork signing if you decline all of the Warrenty and Coverage offers.

Overall experience wasnt the greatest but it wasnt the worst either. My purchasing situation wasnt a "normal" one. The vehicle was shipped from AZ to WA. The process took way longer than anticipated, it was about a month total. Customer service was satisfactory. Buying process got me a little frustrated because I was initially quoted a specific price, then once I got to the dealership to do the paperwork and purchse the vehicle they added on additional charges that they shouldn't have. I had documents showing what I was originally quoted so I feel like they should honor what they are telling their customers. Quality of repairs scored 1 star because upon the delivery of my vehicle the battery died before I even left the dealership but the sales man jump started it and said it would recharge as I drove it. It has since died on me 2 times. I had to recharge the battery and hopefully dont have to pay put of pocket to replace it within a week of purchasing it. The stereo in this vehicle is an aftermarket kenwood unit. The stereo is locked and password secured from the previous owner. The dealership tried to factory reset the unit but was unsuccessful because you need the password. I have been texting and emailing the dealership(s) almost daily to assist with contacting the previous owner for the password so I can have a working stereo but have been unsuccessful. Here I am almost a week after purchasing my vehicle with no working stereo. Kind of disappointing. No one enjoys driving in silence in a new (to them) vehicle. Hopefully they come up with a solution sooner rather than later...

But, when we sat in the new 2019 Rav4 we were sad that they had made the interior smaller and much more crowded so we decided to purchase a 2018. Sadly Heartland Toyota in Bremerton could not find us one but we found one at AutoNation in Spokane and bought it, trading in our old 2015. Unfortunately I purchased on New Years Eve and another credit specialist had to be called in to assist in the volume. With that the wait period was not expected and enabled me from attending my New Years Eve event due to the waiting, going through the paper work and my drive home I had made them aware of.. Had I financed again I would have put the pen down and started over as we rushed through it way to fast and found the next day what did I sign up for. Paul did all the right things from introduction to walking me to my new Highlander and had followed up New Years Day regarding the car and experience. I being a lender myself the lending approach of disclosure of options need to be slowed down but unfortunately I was on the clock and did'n't matter if I rushed or not the rush all was for nothing in ringing in the new year. The process can take time but that is okay! It should, right? They give you the time you need! They are not pushy! I don't like pushy people! If I feel they are, I just get up, say thank you and leave! The Spokane Valley AutoNation facility was spacious and I like that!! I do not like to feel cramped! We were offered refreshment and treated very well! Everyone we worked with were very friendly and accommodating ! We purchased a RAV4 !!! YES!! Two days later we were driving back to the area and I swung in to get a refresher course on the cruise control and (our) sales rep came out and went back over the instructions with me!! I purchased a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley in September of 2017. The buying process was easy enough, though my salesperson was generally ill informed about the features of the vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle has been nothing but trouble since day one. I've had it in the service department probably a dozen times to be fixed and yet the problem still persists. The service department has shown little to no interest in actually fixing the issues. On two separate occasions my vehicle was returned to me damaged (gouged and scratched dashboard, grease on the seats and floor, etc.). AutoNation has given me no reason to think they care about my vehicle or the issues I'm having. I strongly urge everyone to avoid AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley for the servicing or purchase of your vehicle.

In my visits to AutoNation, I've experienced lackluster customer service in spite of several hour wait times. My most recent appointment involved the replacement of a wheel bearing that was installed by AutoNation just last year, and I was treated with a disturbing lack of concern from the tech handling my vehicle. I walked on to the Spokane Valley Autonation lot as an intended practice run for the dealership through which I thought I’d end up buying my truck. I wouldn’t have guessed the experience I’d have would bring me back a week later. Drew Charnos met my parents and I within minutes and I couldn’t have been luckier. I’d done hours of research on my Tacoma, had never been to a dealership before and came in guns a blazin’, assuming the worst of salesmen so I was feisty to say the least! Drew and his team were so polite and so professional. I felt very comfortable negotiating and discussing things openly with them. Drew spent over 4hrs with us that first day and we had so much fun! I did end up visiting the competing dealership one state over, and although they were very friendly, it was an easy choice for me. I can’t say enough good things about Drew Charnos, Ron Lollis, Corey Moore, and Vincent White. Drew is so incredibly knowledgeable, not only with my Tacoma but with cars in general. I’d trust him with any car, any question, any time, hands down. I trust him as much as my dad, and that’s saying something! The fact that the two of them seemed like long time friends was also significant for me. Not only was Drew able to meet my price points but he was able to find me a truck in my exact specifications, exact internal/external packages, in the color I wanted. The Tacoma double-cab, long-bed are not as common and quite hard to find. Several of my friends had to give up and get the short-bed because they couldn’t find a LB. Drew worked hard to find me my truck! The car and price points I was familiar with but the financing portion I was drastically underprepared. Corey Moore is a finance guru and I honestly felt 100% comfortable with what he was telling me and what I was walking away with. He jumped through hoops to give me the absolute best package at an affordable rate. I feel like I learned a lot about financing in general with him. He even gave me some rad tips and tricks for modifications after market! Overall, I now know that negotiating price with dealers isn’t as fuzzy as I’d once thought. The price and value of vehicles is easy to find if you do the research, and everything is out in the open if you look for it. That being said, in all honesty, I probably could've gotten the price I wanted from any dealership. But my take away is this: I not only bought my dream truck, but can honestly say that I made a friend for life. Or more accurately, my family made a friend for life. Getting my truck serviced is going to be a blast! (Ps: Vince, thanks for making my truck sparkle!! We had so much fun hanging out and chatting with you!)

I had to get my car in quickly as I was headed out of town and going to be putting alot of miles on my car. Larry Miller Toyota didn't have anything available except for the day I was leaving. AutoNation had appointments available but did a complete 90,000 mile service, but did a multi point inspection, an airbag recall, an alignment and mounted and balanced 4 new tires by the time I was off work. They shuttled me to and from work and I was on the road today with what felt like a brand new car. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I'll be back when if I do live on the north side of town.

The multi-point inspection showed that everything is working well on my car (@ the 50,000 mile service) so I didn't have to spend a dime!! That's unheard of!!! The service department is great. I'm always able to get an appointment that fits my schedule. The shuttle service to and from work makes weekday appointments very convenient.

I went today to trade in my car without a great deal of time which was conveyed to the salesperson Jon before I came in...I work so much that time is limited for me...I drove the car I wanted to and just needed the paperwork as I was completely financing elsewhere...Said time and time again not a great deal of time here...Jon told me they did all the stuff there and a credit check when I wasn't taking the car today...I already had a credit check through people financing...Well here comes the "MANAGER" named Tim to take my car for a drive and to appraise it...That is fine however I did not have as much time for that as he wanted...BULLYING me would be the correct term...Had to ask for my keys back twice so I could leave and he leaned down to talk to me inside my car and proceeded to inform me in not a nice tone that did I think all of this was going to get done in 5 minutes? And as well he was not going to hold a car for me without all the info from me...Well I understand that but do not bully me and put pressure like that on a customer...So 100 percent unprofessional from the second I walked through the door until the minute I left NEVER TO RETURN...Customer service skills at its very worst...!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not one nice word to say about this place...

Logan and Sakeleanna were very helpful in our search for a new car. When we first arrived, Sakeleanna listened carefully and understood what type of vehicle we wanted to see and what features were important to us. She showed us two new Toyota Highlanders and explained clearly the different features of each one.. She accompanied us on a test drive and showed us how the different safety features worked, When Sakeleanna had to leave for an appointment, Logan showed us a RAV4, which we also took for a test drive. We then discussed the two vehicles, had our trade-in appraised, and were presented he purchase price estimates for both the Highlander and the RAV4. When we decided on the Highlander, Logan was very understanding and willing to let us wait until the following day to make a final decision. We returned the next afternoon and Logan helped us through the buying process for the Highlander. Jeannie in the finance department was very pleasant and very efficient in guiding us through the paperwork. After we had purchased the Highlander, Logan was very patient and informative in showing and explaining the different features of the Highlander. In summary, our vehicle buying experience was much more pleasant and stress-free than we had expected.

My wife and I were out on a road trip to see our Grandkids and Daughter up in Newport, WA. On Thursday afternoon the check engine light came on in our 2002 Toyota Tundra. I called the nearest Toyota dealer which is Auto Nation Toyota of Spokane. I explained the problem to the nice person who answered the phone in the service department there. I was told the earliest they could get me in was on Monday first thing. I was disappointed in Toyota that I was here out of town, and had to wait three days to get the truck into the shop. Thank God my wife and I are both retired and have all the time in the world. But, had this been a family traveling while on vacation and had this problem and had to wait three days that would have been a huge problem for them! I took the truck in on Monday morning. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem, and had an estimate for me for the repair. The part was had to be ordered which I fully understand. Auto Nation of Spokane promised me that when the part comes in they will get me in either that day or the next. That's the kind of service I expect from Toyota dealers whether they are located in my home state, or out on the road!

I have had so many issues with Autonation Toyota, I do not recommend them to any friend or family member. I went in to have them cancel my extended warranty and the finance manager I spoke with tried to guilt trip me into not cancelling it and when I finally got it cancelled, it took them twice as long as the standard time to get me the refund. I’ve had numerous problems in their service department, most recently they had broken off a clip on my oil filter and never told me about it. When we were changing my oil most recently, we realized the clip was broken and went to speak with autonation about it. We didn’t ask them to replace it for free, we just wanted to tell them what happened and the service manager was rude and insisted the car didn’t come with a clip on it. After calling someone in the shop, he said my vehicle did come with a clip and instantly the service manager started saying how my vehicle didn’t actually need it and it was probably never on the vehicle. Needless to say we will never recommend Autonation and our family and friends will never buy a vehicle from you again.

They delayed everything. From starts I got a terrible apr when my wife and I have stellar credit. However, they didn’t work hard to get us a better apr. they simply gave what Toyota is giving! Soon enough I will change lender. After that, I bought all the extra warranty and such and I got a tire that it’s not repair and supposedly they didn’t have in stock. 1 whole week and nothing yet. Customer service is ridiculous just like my salesperson, who should be working in a different area. In few words, the experience was and is bad and you will make a big mistake going there.

I have a Lexus 350Rx and they dented the rear lift door above the Lexus "L" symbol when I took it in for an oil change. The service manager told me "That's too bad." He had no concern or cares at all. I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from them. It's just been issue after issue and they are all dishonest, from the sales people to the service people.

i had a nissan rogue which i bought in tri cities. i was given 3 free oil changes from them. the auto nation rep (grace) checked into it for me and even called the tri cities store. she verified it and set up an appointment. very nice and responsive. my wife also had the same opinion when she took the car in. they squeezed her in for the service even though her appointment was later in the week.

I told her my situation and what I wanted and was never told no, we can't do that. If you want someone who is not pushy, ask for Sakeleanna, She has a Good Heart and will help where she can! the only reason I am giving this a 4 star review is that they weren't willing to replace my AUX and USB outlet. This is something that I use quite often. When the service dept checked it out they said it worked just fine. when I went to use it after I left it still did not work. the following day it did, and then again the next day it did not. I'm pretty sure it is a short. I will have my son fix it.

The most dishonest and unethical car dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. We purchased a used Honda Accord from them about a year ago (2/2017) for our daughter, who recently graduated from high school. She is a full time student at Gonzaga University and has a part time job at Costco. The car has turned out to be a complete piece of junk. It is using about 3 quarts of oil every 500 miles or so, the suspension and rear brakes were completely shot (repair estimate from Golden Rule Brake of approximately $2100 to get that fixed) and the tires that they put on it when we bought it had less than a year of tread wear on then (ironically enough, their own Honda repair facility recommended the new tires). Fortunately we purchased the silver extended warranty, but that is turning out to be an endless nightmare of having to jump through hoops and do everything possible to drag it out and avoid having to do any actual repairs. We needed a reliable car for our daughter and thought that buying from a large national auto dealer (paying about $1800 over blue book through their 'no haggle' pricing structure), would be worth the extra money because a huge national dealer ship would want to make sure they had a good reputation. Nothing could be further from the truth. You would probably have better luck and certainly find far more honesty out in Hillyard at one of the small independently owned dealerships. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague and purchasing a car from literally anybody else.

Our car purchasing experience with AutoNation was easy and very pleasurable. Paul treated us like a valuable customer, not a number or a piece of meat. No high pressure sales techniques or pitches, no attempts to up-sale us to a higher priced vehicle, (like we had experienced at a different dealership) and he answered every question professionally and provided us with multiple options at multiple price points. Dealerships typically don't like to see a customer leave the lot with out a car, but when we decided we needed to sleep on it overnight, there was no urgency or fast talking trying to get us to purchase something immediately or something we didn't want. After discussing it overnight and the following morning, we decided the vehicles we had already viewed didn't quite fit our desires. Paul took the time to show us additional options in the various models available and provided us with the best price in the area. Yes, I did check others prices. When I made initial contact with AutoNation through the internet via e-mail, Paul responded quickly and said "Let's do it your way. What's your preference?" Phone, text or e-mail: I chose e-mail. Not knowing what to expect from AutoNation, I really didn't want to give out my number just to be annoyed by a pesky salesman calling repetitively. There was no peskiness in working with Paul. Since this is our first new car, I am sure we were a bit annoying with all the questions and requests for additional details, but Paul is obviously a professional and an excellent people person so he treated us like we wanted to be treated. This was very impressive to us and AutoNation filled that bill perfectly. Can't say that about the other dealership we visited. Purchasing a car takes time, and quite a bit of it when there are a lot of customers in line. While waiting for the finance and other paperwork to be prepared, Paul was courteous and spent his time just shooting the breeze and conversing. This was very nice of him and again demonstrates that we were more than just a number. All in all, this was by far a more pleasurable of an experience than what we expected while purchasing a car and I would recommend AutoNation to my friends and family.

When I got the service report back, it mentioned my filters were very dirty! Not impressed. I took my car in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. My tire pressure light had come on so I requested via online note as well as in person that they check my tires because I am headed out on a long road trip in a few days. I was told they would check the pressure and fill if necessary and check for nails or screws. I got my car back from service and the light was still on, didn't think much of it as I know it takes a little while to go off sometimes, and went back work. When I left work an hour and a half later my front drivers tire was visibly low. This morning it was significantly lower and I ran it to the closest tire place by my house. They found a screw in my tire. My papers from Toyota had everything about my tires marked as green for good condition. Ordinarily I get great service here, but not impressed by this when I specifically requested it be checked.

Excellent service. It's nice buying a car from them---but it's more than matched by the service department AFTER buying a car from them. We had one of those annoying little squeaks in the cabin. A tech rode with me for near half an hour until we could get it to squeak---then he id'ed it as the front console cupholder needing a tiny bit of glue, and actually FIXED the problem. I swear I've never had a service department take a squeak seriously---and these people are perfectionists.

We have a 2003 4Runner. Yesterday while shopping we tried to open the moon roof only to have it get stuck partway open. Clouds rolling in. Rushed over to Auto Nation and they took us in right after lunch and got it closed for us. On our way in an hour. Great service! The only bad thing was the very greasy footprints on the driver's side where we get in. Did not notice it until we stopped at the store. Hope I can get it cleaned off!

Our over all experience was very good, but being that I preferred a certain model, RAV 4 model, SE,, and assumed that all RAVs included garage door openers and CD players still. In this transition of technology, this was not explained that the SE model did not include these two items. I might have been interested in a different model if one of those had those features. Because of my age I am not as "hip" on electronic as those even a little younger. We have a library of books on CDs and now trying to figure a good way to play those CDs in an otherwise very good sound system! I also had trouble understanding how my USAA discount feature fit into the over all cost of the vehicle. Overall Toyota has kept my previous Toyota's running well and I have been very happy with the product Thank you, John S

Very Happy Customer! This was our 3rd Prius purchase in Spokane / Coeur d'Alene but the first time from Auto Nation in Spokane Valley. While buying a new car has never been much fun; with John Thorsen of Auto Nation Spokane Valley it was actually a great experience. We have never had a more knowledgeable and understanding sales person as John Thorsen is. Again, I cannot say how easy and friendly everyone was and Tim Wheeler, again went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. Tim Wheeler was a great salesman. He asked what I wanted and why! When we were on the test drive he was showing and telling me about the different features of my Camary. He did not just focus on the features that were important to me but all of the features. When I told him of previous experiences I've had at other dealerships he was respectful and didn't bad mouth them. Then Jeannie helped me fill out my paperwork. She was great to talk to and answered every little question I had without a "really? That's a dumb question" attitude or look on her face. I am looking forward to my experience with the service department. I can only guess it will be just as helpful, friendly and easy as the sales department. It was made very clear to me, at Toyota AutoNation the customers wants and needs truly do come first. Thank you guys!

I came in a few days prior to purchasing my car and spent a great deal of time with Blane Z. driving different types of SUV's. I told him right off that I wasn't going to purchase anything that day; I had to do more research. He was very polite, wasn't rude or pushy, nothing like a typical car salesman. I came in a few days later with the intent to purchase my car there. Blane wasn't there but Bob A. took his place. He was also very nice, not pushy and overall very helpful. Overall, I was very satisified with my experience here. I've nev
