What can I say about Toyota's service department? Let me put it this way, when you are able to get Andrew G. as your service rep/coordinator to take care of you, then trust me, fortune has smiled upon you. Working Mon-Fri during the week days, as most do, I do all my maintenance visits on Saturdays to which my luck, he has always been there. I have gotten such good service from him over the past few months that I am to the point where I will wait in line if there is one to give him my keys. So whether you wait or go and come back, when Andrew G. gets your keys, KNOW FOR CERTAINTY that your vehicle will be in the absolute best care possible; not that I have anything negative about the other service team member, but I have gotten Andrew G. three times in a row and every time it goes better than 5 stars, 5 being the max allowable. Example of his exemplory service is regarding my reseal timing cover. Last year, same time frame, while living in CDA, Parker Toyota (don't ever go there-their service team put the wrong fluids in the wrong reservoirs making the car engine smoke costing $700 to fix at Inland in Airway Heights, also good place if you live down that way, and refused to take ownership of causing that problem; that's one) without explaining what S1 meant, wrote in my notes and told me that it needs to get R&R'd ASAP. Well, that seal with labor might I add costs $2000; I know this because they quoted that on my receipt. A year later, and Andrew G. every time I go in, it gets checked on the multi point inspection and guess what folks. The last check there was no leak and Andrew explained to me the S1-S4 rank system for leaks explaining that something can remain in S1 for years and even leave S1. Thank God Parker of CDA wanted an additional 2 grand for nothing, what an honest team {sarcasm}? This was the same visit they put the wrong fluids in the wrong reservoirs costing me an additional $700 instead of a grand totaling $2700 they actually desired. Enough about worthless Parker, if you need to get work done come to this Toyota dealership. If Andrew G. is there I highly recommend him, it's a peace of mind thing, but if you are lucky and/or fortunate enough to hand your keys to Andrew, then rest assure you WILL be given 10 star treatment! This is the kind of guy I wish Toyota would give surveys again like they used to, because instead of one google review, he would have enough solid surveys to line the walls of the entire building.
